Long rest interrompido

Pessoas, eu estava pesquisando outra coisa e acabei me deparando com questionamento de regra da interrupção do Long rest e descobri que se houver um único combate no meio do Long rest, não precisa começar do zero, simplesmente continua de onde parou. Abaixo as referências:

Player's Handbook (pag. 186):
""If the rest is interrupted by a period of strenuous activity -- at least 1 hour of walking, fighting, casting spells, or similar adventuring activity -- the characters must begin the rest again to gain any benefit from it""

Nesse caso, pra dar mais de uma hora de interrupção, seria o caso de um combate seguido de um deslocamento para outro local de dormir. Só tendo um combate/interação com npc não interrompe.

Mas concordo: RAW é isso mesmo, eu sempre interpretei errado.
